Storyline:
Dusty is a map Crophopper cropduster little afraid of heights and crazy dream of becoming a runner. Although not large impress friends, Dusty gets the training he needs from Skipper, veteran fighter, and has qualified for the Wings Over the World Race. In this case, Dusty decides competitors quickly learn that there is something special about this outsider as it is tested for physical and emotional limits. In doing so, Dusty soon gets enemies, friends and most importantly, inspired by a dream. In the face of all obstacles, the winner of the race will be broadcast anyones guess.
